Stilllllll Shrinking! Had a great workout with Trainer Ray, last night. I'm looking forward to Friday when we're going to check my measurements and see how much progress has been made. So far, I've lost 235 to 218 pounds on the scale.
Only bad news is that after getting sick, I'm still not back to 100% and Trainer Ray and I are not going to make it to the Zumba class tonight at 6:40. Join us next Wednesday as we invade it and Zumba like crazy!
